Am I the only person who has this?

it's a small patch of little specks of red above my upper lip, I've had it since I was a kid.


What does it mean?

wow. I used to have that and sometimes still get it during the summer when I'm getting too hot. haha.

I ever encountered anyone else who has it.

I went to my derm and in my case it's eczema. I have some cream for it but now that I'm older I don't really get it all that much any more....
