| Double the health issues So as not to spam the joint up, I'm putting a couple of possible health issues into one thread.
Okay, firstly: teeth grinding. My boyfriend is telling me lately that I grind my teeth when I sleep. Obviously I'm not conscious of it and I haven't noticed any teeth damage at this point, but he says it sounds quite severe. Any ideas what can be done about that? I fear I might end up wearing down my teeth, if that's even possible. I guess this is something I'll need to raise with my dentist next time I'm there, but any tips are welcome.
Secondly: ear wax to the max. I tend to sleep on my left side and often wake up with my left ear feeling 'glued' shut, as I've been lying on it, and I can't hear very well until it sort of eases itself open. I always clean all visible, superficial signs of wax but obviously this shit is internal. Anything effective I can get from the pharmacy/over the counter that'll help to clear this up? I hate ear drops big time but it's just getting stupid now. |
