| i dont know. they said my strength and endurance is fine as well as my posture. it was pretty damned easy the whole way thru actually, and i thought it was supposed to hurt.
the session always started with weighted moist heat, then a deep tissue massage, then tens until i told them it was actually really stinging to do that, then stretches and workout. i always always felt better immediatly after the massage and teh excersises and stretches were really easy for me to do, even now even in the midst of a spasm, oddly enough. even carrying weight like 50lb bags of salt didnt hurt or aggrevate it. just standing or sitting without a back support seems to aggravate it.
so like, now i feel like im bitching just to bitch.
