so. i've been doing really well the last week or so. for various reasons i've been jumping around like an idiot, all happy and excited. of course, this is entirely out of the ordinary, and needs to be overanalyzed and killed.

one thing i've noticed is that my skin looks really good. unusually good. it's smooth and glowing and there is no redness or irritation at all, which is not what my skin is usually like. i haven't been doing anything out of the ordinary otherwise, and i'm slightly puzzled. i mean, i've heard of stress having a negative effect on your skin, but does it work the other way too? can feeling really good give you some sort of weird hormonal reaction that causes awesome healthy skin?

i've really only seen my skin look this good once before, and that was a year or so ago in a short period of feeling really happy and un-worried/stressed/whatever too.

so. connection? not? am i just making it up? i want to look like this always. THERE MUST BE A WAY.

i think positive thought is a postive thing in general. happy people always have good skin. haha.

I think you definitely get better skin once you start feeling happier about life.

i have heard that stress and skin are related! so continue to be happy yay

Whenever I start washing my face religiously my skin goes to shit. So I just go back to being foul, and my skin looks radiant.

well ever since i've been home from uni for easter (over two weeks) my skin has been awful. coincidence? probably. but i still insist it's from boredom & lethargy
