nasal congestion. what can i do?

i've never had a cold like this. usually my snot is running right out.

but at this time i can barely hear, and i have to breath with my mouth hanging wide open .

i have vicks and some tylenol cold/head congestion stuff. neither is rly working.

i thought i was gonna suffocate in my sleep last night. rip.

how do i fix it?

did you put some vicks in a bowl of boiling water and then steam your face? with a towel over?

no. i just smeared some under my nose. and put some on my neck and chest.

how much vicks do i use for boiling water?

also is there stuff i could spray up my nose? that gives me the creeps, but is there?

i can't handle not being able to breathe. when i'm sick, when it gets really bad i use nasal spray.

i don't know about spraying, but there's a vicks inhaler thingie you can get??

just scoop some vicks into a bowl. i don't know how much... i assume the more the merrier? like a teaspoon?
