nasal congestion. what can i do?

i've never had a cold like this. usually my snot is running right out.

but at this time i can barely hear, and i have to breath with my mouth hanging wide open .

i have vicks and some tylenol cold/head congestion stuff. neither is rly working.

i thought i was gonna suffocate in my sleep last night. rip.

how do i fix it?

no. i just smeared some under my nose. and put some on my neck and chest.

how much vicks do i use for boiling water?

also is there stuff i could spray up my nose? that gives me the creeps, but is there?

i can't handle not being able to breathe. when i'm sick, when it gets really bad i use nasal spray.

i just stood over a boiling pot of vicks & water on the stove. and huffed through my nose.

it was like smoking a giant newport.

i just looked it up. i've never seen it before.

maybe it's not in the amerikkkas.

i still want some kind of direct nose squirt tho.

expectorant is useful if you can't get your nose to blow
and for overnight those breatheright strips are good
but i have to put a tiny bit of lotion on the center of my nose or its not comfy because of the sticky stuff on the strip
but it still helps

so then. i went across the street to cvs, and while i was there, my nose holes felt really cold and snot started running out. SAVED!

so i bought cadbury eggs instead.

maybe vicks steam has a delayed reaction. old school ftw.

I did it purely for recreational use but it cleared my nose pretty good.

the shit you squirt in your nose is a saline spray. it like mists it in there. lean your head forward though if you get it. because its fucking nasty going down your throat. you can make it yourself with salt and water and a little squirter.

i took the pm medicine, but still. and it doesn't decongest at ALL. FLAGRANT FALSE ADVERTISING. maybe this tylenol shit is BULLSHIT. i should've got nyquil.

then i ate some hot pace picante out of desperation. it only worked WHILE i was eating. then it came right back.

i should've got some spray.

i saw saline spray and then spray w/ other ingredients. i was under the impression the saline was for the aftermath of a cold when yr nose is all dry and wounded and shithouse.

idk. but i've rly had enough of this sars.

clotty you should search for olbas oil, it really is good and you cna put drops of it on a hanky/your sleeve/your pillow to help you.
