you should try nasal spray. like none of this namby pamby herbal shit. try something with pseudo-ephedrine in it, or like otravine or something. i have never had such a bad flu that otravine hasn't helped me breathe.

anyways it sounds like you need a humidifier or two.

showering helped everytime, but how many showers can you take per day.
anyway. after showers my holes were all really sore and the teeth hurt.
i think i'm getting better though. i just can't lay down bc it goes all shithouse again.
my ears are still fuckface tho. & when i blow my nose my ears make a sound like a baby goose. i jumped at first, but now i like it.
i think huffing on boiling vicks is equivalent to a humidifier?
no headaches.

i tried googling about ears and noses the other day, but i saw so many upsetting pix of caverns and tubules that i got the willies, and i had to stop.

i don't actually have cash for a $7 spray atm. debate debate debate team.
i don't have like, a general practitioner, so i don't know who i am supposed to go to if sthng is wrong. i just have my rheumatiz doctor.

any sort of cold or flu can turn into a sinus infection. some people are prone to them and some arent. i wasnt prone to them but this year i started getting them and now i seem to be very sensitive. even if i dont officially get "sick" i still get a sinus infection! ill feel unwell for a day adn then BAM my sinuses start acting funny, i get a sore throat, my head hurts or my ears hurt or the last one my teeth one one side of my face were killing me.
sinus infections can clear up on their own if your immune system is working ok. if this doesnt clear up or if its been more than seven days, just call the rheumatiZ doc. its ok to call him if thats all you have. youre on immunosupression drugs now? def ok to call.

guess what. i just got a neck spasm. started on tues night and it now so bad that i actually went to the doc. hes forced me on valium for the next four days and wont let me work. i had to fucking call in for a "spasm" wth
its painful though. i hate ebing defeated by it, but even with 5mg valium and ibuprofen im in terrible pain. cant find one good position.

| | | the valium is enough for me. the first day it didnt do a fucking thing, but yesterday i was loosening up (and i looked at my posts from yesterday and can tell i was on drugs) and today im actually feeling better! i told reed to go get sleep and i would take care of the monkey and im cleaning house as well. ill be in shape to work without valium by wednesday i think. ill still need the skelaxin, but doc said it was ok to work with skelaxin. YAY

i think i'm used to mouth breathing now.  
my ears are still wonky too. wtf.
i'm glad you feel better. i peed a lil bc. the first neck spasm i got. NEVER WENT AWAY FOR ABOUT 5 OR 6 YRS.
