Apple Cider Vinegar

Anyone use it or drink it?

It's supposed to have so many great benefits..... People use it for weight loss and stomach problems and even to lose weight and stuff. Also for acne and as a hair rinse for shine....

Is it really that great? I'm gonna use it topically to even out my skin tone but people also say it's great to drink it but the smell is just foul and I don't wanna even taste it!

Can I put something in it to make it taste better?

can't you mix it with a bit of olive oil and put it in a bowl and then you can dip bread or vegetables or salad leaves or your fingers in there and eat it that way.
I LOVE vinegar.

manuka honey is supposed to be really good for you so you could mix with that and olive oil and get extra health benefits.

oh. the olive oil and bread thing sounds yummY.

I'm a little worried about my teeth though since it's so acidic? I read on a website that people drink it through a straw....
