I suggest taking a really big, vitamin pill each day, like "Women's Ultra Mega" Vitamin Supplement at your local vitamins store. Or maybe even a Centrum.

1 vit b complex for vegetarians
1 calcium
3 iron
1 tbsp cod liver oil
+ 1-3 guarana capsules if i'm feeling shitty and need energy (and don't feel like making coffee, which would have the same effect)
i had chewy kids vitamins, but last time i went shopping they only had regular multivitamins with iron so im taking them now.
i'm supposed to take evening primrose oil for my pms, but i hate the taste of it.
