I'm on the pill Dianette and I hate getting periods so I only take a break after evry 3 packs.
I have been doing this for years and never had breakthrough bleeding, but now i am, and it'd bad like a proper period. I took a break last month, so I'm about 15 pills into the pack, I'm really annoyed
Could it be because I'm very stressed? like loads more than usual
or something else?

How long have you been on Dianette for? Cause into my second/third year of taking it (and ditto for my housemate) we started getting breakthru bleeding on it and it never went away (and hasn't really gone away since we switched pills either. It sucks.)

Why not? I went on dianette for my skin, swapped to marvelon after nearly 5 years and its better. Apparently Yasmin is a good choice too, though I couldn't go on it because I have poor potassium control.
