| A few things i've read in health books and also tried out that i definitely helped. Cutting out dairy two weeks before you're due (i was on a dairy free diet at the time for other health reasons and it made them allot better), also there's a herbal tincture you can get from holland & barret called agnus cactus (not sure of the spelling) that although isn't as good as a solphadene, it helps with moods and things. Extra b vitamins also help.
I never really found much difference with evening primrose. |
