natural ways to get rid of my pms

I know evening primrose oil is supposed to be good though I have neevr felt any difference, are tehre any foods I should be eating?

A few things i've read in health books and also tried out that i definitely helped. Cutting out dairy two weeks before you're due (i was on a dairy free diet at the time for other health reasons and it made them allot better), also there's a herbal tincture you can get from holland & barret called agnus cactus (not sure of the spelling) that although isn't as good as a solphadene, it helps with moods and things. Extra b vitamins also help.

I never really found much difference with evening primrose.

neroli oil is a REALLY good one for this . .
im going into work tomorrow and we have loads of charts on the wall, i will ask and research for you!

we put it in our massage bars, its all about smell
do you have a 'diffuser' is that a burner?
you just need to smell it
perhaps put a little on a cloth?

i think high protein things like nuts and seeds are good.
make sure you get enough iron and b vitamins, especially b12 as well.

also avoid salt, caffeine and alcohol around your period

i got prescribed loads of evening primose oil for pms & sore boobs - they wanted me to take 6 capsules a day but they tasted foul so i gave up.

I don't have any natural cures

I just want to whine about my period. Cause everyone gets cramps and I don't. I get vagina pain. It feels like pushing pressure on my poonie. And it hurts. It hurts real bad expecially when I stand up for more than a minute or two. that's all.
it hurts. and it's not cramps. ok.

Why does the pineapple have to be in big chunks? Do you eat it or put it in your uterus?

I get pain there too, someone it feels liek someone has got a hammer and they are bashing the inside of my vagina. and sometimes it like there is an army of red ants going crazy for ten seconds. the pains don't usually last for long but they literally floor me sometimes. my cramps vary, sometimes they are ok and sometimes they are awful. lately they have had me sobbing.
Yasmin has helped a little with this stuff but it's also making me crazy.

yes pineapple is great, its good for hangovers too.

someone at work told me eating carbs every three hours during your period lessens the pain of cramps, and it kind of works for me.

I am a loser.

so I don't really keep track of when my periods are coming or not and therfore just ahve to hope when I am being mental that it is pmt pms whatever PERIOD. last night I cried and screamed and stormed around the house and ran outside in my knickers and made everything terrible and this morning kicked a glass over and smashed it all over the floor and hid my boyfriends shoes so he couldn't leave the house and sobbed and sobbed and sobbed some more and now I have gotten my period and I just feel like a big moronic mental case who has no control of themselves when the period happens.
I HATE PERIODS.
