If it gets that bad, I'd say take some ibuprofen. if you can't find a natural cure, go to the unnatural ones!

try something with ginger in it for your tummy, that usually helps. I just drink natural ginger ale because I don't like to eat foods with too much ginger in them but that may not be a problem for you. They make candy out of here in the US and sell it, which surprised me because it's just got too much of a bite for me to eat it by itself. Also make sure you're getting enough calcium. Take a supplement around your period if you aren't.

Also try a heating pad or if you don't have one, heat up a towel in the microwave or something.

I get the actual vagina pain that you and sparklelulu are describing but I haven't a clue what to do about that. Luckily it seems like that doesn't ever last very long for me.

Do you have a friend you can call or maybe watch one of your favorite movies? Feel better. xo

gelf i used to get really bad PMS. but it cleared up completely after i went on the pill. i know it's not a 'natural' solution, but if you feel that awful...

otherwise, maybe eat some dark chocolate. it's full of antioxidants which are almost always good for you. and chocolate in general is just good for menses time.

Honey, have you though of looking up the doctor/PMS support groups? It's quite oviously affecting your quality of life, and your boyfriend's. Different things help different people, but you need to know how you can tackle this. Muchos hugs, I am a leetle mental round period time but this month my boobs are sore like never before .

avoid fatty and salty foods. ( You know - what you probably crave.) For cramps - raspberry herbal tea. For mood - bergamot which is in earl grey - but so is caffeine which is to be avoided. I say get a massage. You might have whatever the new name is for the new marketing for the new drug. PMDD? Anyway I have issues with it too.

I went on yasmin and it didnt make it much better it just made me a bit mental all the time so it wasnt so much more noticeable when I had pmt. I just feel like big awful things can happen when I get pms, I lose it completely.

ladywhisp I have been to my doctors lots about it and different ones and the worst one (who i went to because I was getting two periods a month) said it was just what came with being a girl and the best one gave me yasmin. I am going to make an appoinment with a homepath this week.
