im actually not sure?
we put it in our massage bars, its all about smell
do you have a 'diffuser' is that a burner?
you just need to smell it
perhaps put a little on a cloth?

im still trying to understans . . this is NO lie . .. i JUST got it

Ok cool. I did a big lush shop on saturday and got loads of stuff. what stuff has neroli in it? I got two of the massage bars.
I have an oil burner too yes.

therapy massage bar has the most in it . . . thats neroli and lavender
the other things that have neroli in are more for the skin benifits . . . .

i think high protein things like nuts and seeds are good.
make sure you get enough iron and b vitamins, especially b12 as well.

also avoid salt, caffeine and alcohol around your period
