shes not really known here in US except by theatre geeks into modern plays. i think shes got more of a following in UK. at least shes produced there far more often. |
I met a cyber-friend on the internet from the UK; he is a professional theater director and actor. We did some fun and zaney improv theatrics at Janisian.com. He was "Merlin" and deemed me "Lancelot". He started a thread called "Spamalot" after I returned from a major banning and complete hack of the site by Janis. I came back after over a year as "titmouse_" and that is when the this theater director recognized my posting style and posted the "Play thread". About 8-10 characters joined in on the fun.
"Merlin" and "google" followed me around the web for a couple years after that. Theatrics reveals much truth. Spiritual truths at that. It gets pretty deep and mysterious at times. Not everyone can carry on at the creative pace involved. Even Janis, a prolific creative, had a difficult time keeping up. A good reader usually catches on fast. Myself, I was not a reader over the years, so it became unusually perplexing how so much came through improvisation. We're talking "flow" here, not recall.
