| | you really should, so i can have someone to talk to about embroidery with here
i haven't used very many transfers from the book, although i used the swallow/bluebird one to stitch on a strappy top (one top left, one top right).
i haven't seen sublime stitching transfer sets in craft shops over here (UK), so i ordered a few online - the Mitch O' Connel one, Dia de Los Muertos, the tattoo alphabet (haven't used that yet). they have loads of stuff i want to send away for.
i'll have to take some pics at some point. i spend ages sewing these things then shove them in a drawer to be forgotten when i've finished.
YEAH, GET SEWING, YOU! |

| | | I suck less at embroidery and cross-stitch than I do at knitting. I just started my first bigass picture cross-stitch thing - everything else I've done has been words/simple designs.

| | i don't have the patience for x stitch with 10 shades of brown, 10 shades of grey, etc. i hate fucking up ONE STITCH without knowing, then carrying on, then realising my mistake because it's totally screwed up the whole pattern.
here's some x stitch what i done (strictly two colours & lettering
these two are from a serial killer/murder project i never completed. the manson one was taken on a crappy camphone.
i wish i hadn't centred this whole thing on the IS:
crap camphone again
this was a card for a friend:
