I worked really hard on this one

I think your style is great. Nicely smooth and soft. Kind of cartoonesque and realistic at the same time.

But there's something about the composition that's not quite right. The light beam seems to work against the movement of the girl. I've no idea how to fix it though. I suggest doing sketches of this drawing and trying different angles and places for the beam...
