Processing Holga 35mm

My Holga is originally formatted for medium format film (120) obviously. And hopefully someone has experience with this, but I customized it to get 35mm film in there, which was the easy part.

I have never used a darkroom, but I am hoping I can do this in a darkroom... maybe I should do a test roll of film first, but I just wanted to ask for any advice out there or any suggestions before doing this.
I also have not yet taken the film out of the back and rewound it manually, I'm kind of afraid of this.
So many things can go wrong, but I feel like its worth it.

Just wondering if anyone has done this before... or anything similar.

And for those that haven't and haven't seen this here it is:

I have a 120 Holga, but I've never used 35mm film in it. However, I have darkroom experience (for developing 35mm & 120 film), so I imagine it'll go something like this: (I'm assuming you've taped your film to the take-up spool)

Find yourself a closet, put towels or clothes under the door to prevent as much light from coming in as possible. Open the back of the camera and take out both spools. Carefully wind the film back into the canister. I can't remember if it's clockwise or counter-clockwise, but it's easy to figure out. If the knob on the canister doesn't turn, it's the wrong way. If you're going to delevop the film yourself, leave the "tail" of the film out of the canister so you can pull it back out to put it on a reel later. Usually, I just leave the tail out either way, it's not like there's a picture on that part. Then you're done and can come out of the closet.

Of course, any light leaks you end up with is part of the fun of a Holga. I should play with mine more often.

Muchas gracias! I have definately not tried too hard to avoid light leaks already... I decided not to tape the back cover and am expecting some pretty vicous light leaks.
