| | | Indeed. Over the past few days I've seen a couple of dogs that look eerily similiar to mine. Crazy.
The shih tzu had to have her eye removed due to infection and her habit of rubbing it on the pavement. It's not sad; she's happier without it. |

That's a pretty weird story about the shih tzu rubbing it's eye on the pavement. Did the pavement rubbing start about the infection or as a result of it?

does anyone know how flickr knows what kind of camera i use? because it is freaking me out.

| | When you take a digital photo, the camera stores a whole bunch of extra stuff on the file called EXIF information - tells you the aperture, shutter speed, focal length, ISO, which camera mode you were using, when you took the photo, and numerous other shit that probably really doesn't matter. I personally find it really interesting and helpful, as I can see how people have taken shots with particular effects, or even remember how I achieved my own happy accidents! This is an example of one of my EXIF sheets for a photo I took.
You can set flickr to not show your exif stuff though, or if you use the "save for web" dialogue in Photoshop, it cuts out any unneccesary info to keep the file sizes down. |
